varioMAT 1

varioMAT 1 is the ideal solution for mobile roads, access roads to construction sites and event floors. It is also ideal for supplementing and widening existing paths and roads. The varioMAT 1 is also used in the design of mobile storage areas, work platforms and, for example, helicopter landing pads. Its low weight means that the varioMAT 1 can easily be installed by hand too. This feature means that two people can install up to 400 varioMAT 1 per day.

Characteristics

The floor protection plates are laid on the subfloor and screwed down. Due to their low weight and size, they can be laid and mounted by hand without any problems. The profiling provides a non-slip surface for pedestrians, cyclists as well as cars and trucks. Depending on the condition of the ground, a PE foil, geotextile or rubber mat is also used as an underlay. The panel is extremely flexible and elastic, adapts perfectly to the respective underground and protects sensitive surfaces at the same time.

Logistics

Our panels are easier to transport than most alternative temporary street mats. Therefore, more mats can be loaded onto the truck or into a container, reducing transport costs.
